  • A short-term investment.

  1. You give the money you’d like to invest to your lawyer. That way you know it’s safe.
  2. We’ll act as the broker, connecting your money to someone who needs a lender to buy a single-family home.
  3. For as long as you like, but typically for about a year, you’re the property owner’s lender.
  4. You’ll get 12 post-dated cheques, and every month you can cash them for returns as high as 8-12%.
  5. If you like, you can drive by your little revenue property, watch your money grow, and say, “Honey, isn’t this great?” No collecting rent, no ‘For rent’ signs, no fixing washers. Just steady income every month.
  6. Once you’ve made enough money and/or you want to put it toward something, just let us know. You’ll cash your last cheque laughing all the way to the bank.
